1.History The Fraternity Mary Morning Star is registered among the “new foundations” recently inspired by the Holy Spirit, (Juan Pablo II: Vita Consecrata 62). Its founder is the brother Abraham de la Cruz.. The fraternity was canonically set up as a public faithful association (CIC 301) on June 30, 1999,by the Excm. Mons. Braulio Rodríguez Plaza, then bishop of Salamanca and now the bishop of Toledo, Primate Diocese. .  2. Vocation We offer our lives to repair (CEC 2487) all ruptures and divisions, especially between the Church and Israel . We received, in Mary, Morning Star, the Unity that comes from God and only He can concede. 3.Spiritual Way It is nourished by the doctrine of Saint John of the Cross. It is a relationship between God and the soul. It is a nuptial relationship with Jesus Christ. 4. Way of live The Fraternity follows a rhythm of monastic life. This is nourished by the Eucharist, Adoration of the blessed Sacrament, and the community Chant of the Divine Office. We live as consecrated men and women and priests following the steps of definitive integration according to what the Church stipulates. The poverty, chastity and obedience observed in an authentic and radical way, will lead us through the divine providence to the plenitude of the grace of our Baptism. Also this will lead us holiness. Without this, union with God in this world and the beatific vision in the future, are not possible. We arrive thus to the plenitude of the vocation that we have received through our calling.
